Ovarian cysts and fluid?

So i have been in pain for the past 4 days.. they did an ultrasound and said i had a cyst on my right ovary and lots of fluid around it.. indicating one burst! This has been happening for 3 months now! My periods are irregular and birth control doesnt regulate, I'm 23 and a mom to 2 boys! All they told me was to take advil for pain. But I get this monthly and I cant function im so sore.. what can I do? HELP

Go get a 2nd opinion from another doctor if your still in pain. The cyst might have burst..They found cysts on my ovaries 3yrs ago %26amp; they just put me on birth control to regulate my periods and prevent me from getting more cyst.. Hope all goes well..
