i just had surgery because my ovarian cyst ruptured so they took out what was remaining of it.....when it ruptured i have extreme abdominal pain which was caused by the fluid...my stomach went from being distended to being like really ssucked in..i went from fat to skinny anywho...the same thing happend again the other day....is it possible that i had ANOTHEr cyst that ruptured again?

Everything is possible but here on Yahoo answers no one can tell for sure because no one had you check-up. You do need to go see your gynecologist a.s.a.p in case its a ruptured cyst or something else.
