Reply:A cyst generally isn't a problem. If it's cancer, then they will remove the testicle. Hopefully it hasn't spread. You can still have kids if you only have one testicle. If they want to remove both your testicles, you should look into having your sperm frozen so you can have kids later on. Yes, you can still get an erection if you have no testicles.





You should go to the doc and have them checked every single year. It's important.
