How can you tell if it's FAT or if it's a cyst or something else?

I had a baby about 8 months ago, and I've just been gaining weight. I take Zoloft for post-partum depression, so I know that this can make me gain weight. BUT, my stomach is getting bigger and bigger and some peple say I look pregnant! I got checked at the OB today, so I'm not pregnant, but they didn't check anything else.

I feel movement in my lower bowels, and sometimes a sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen area (like around the ovary). So, what's the deal? Anything to worry about?

How can you tell if it's FAT or if it's a cyst or something else?
MY advice is that you have it checked by the doctor as soon as possible. Feeling shrap stabbing in your belly is not a good sign!
Reply:go back to the obgyn and discuss your concerns with them
Reply:hi,first of all you should have told your OB about all these symptoms,if you did she should have you checked for any problem and if she have already checked you than there is no need to worry, any way if it has not happened yet you should let your doctor know about this and get an ultrasound exam or a scan.
