I discovered a lump in my groin, some people said it may be a hernia, cyst or swollen lymph node?

This only gets sore while walking alot, not painful. It does disappear while lying and sitting down. I have an appointment in 2 weeks, any advice will help!

You should go to the hospital a.s.a.p. If you have an appointment in two weeks, it may get worse than it is now. I had a partial stroke and I called my doctors office for an appointment, they said she was going to be out of town for two weeks be cause of a meeting.


So I made no appointment and went straight to the hospital, and it was a very wise decision. Cause you never know if it is very bad or not, the best thing is to get it checked out.

could even be something as simple as an ingrown hair.
Reply:A cyst doesn't disappear when you lye down and a swollen lymph gland is painfull. Probably a hernia.
