Has anyone had the bartholin's gland removed after having a recruiting cyst?

I had the gland removed almost three weeks ago and still hurts, I was told I was going to be back to normal in two to three weeks but it does not feel that way, any information will be helpful. thanks

I would also recommend getting back in touch with your doctor to let them know that you are still in a lot of pain and very concerned about this, and wanted to find out what to do next.
