Cysts on body?

Has anyone else ever had (or indeed does anyone have) cysts around their body which can be in unusual places, like on the bottom of your foot, below your armpit, on your ankle, for example?

I've checked on the Internet and the nearest thing I can find is ganglion cyst (spelling)?

Any ideas welcome, thank you.

Cysts on body?
go to youtube and type in cyst or boil or pus.

I had a dog that used to get boils, i get a glass bottle, nick the boil with a knife, light a piece of paper put it in the bottle and then quickly put the bottle on the boil. The burning paper causes a big vacuum and sucks the pus out.Gross but very effective.
Reply:sebaceous cyst on back of my head, and a number on my inner arms, got the one checked out on my head because i was worried it was something bad, it wasn't. And the others will probably just go after a while.

don't go on any Internet site for what it is, even this, you are worried about it and i have made a suggestion, but to put your mind at ease see a doctor. That way you will know and stop worrying.
Reply:Often times, cysts are confused with boils.
Reply:hey, i have a cyst in my eye. i went to the doctors today and they are going to give me a script to get antibiotics and after awhile if the antibiotics dont make the cyst go away ill need to get it cut out, the cyst in my eyes is unnoticeable but very painful.

take care xo
Reply:Cysts don't need antibiotics unless they are infected. By 'cyst' do you mean a non-painful, non-inflamed lump? If so, they are usually made up of fatty tissue and only require attention if they cause a problem, such as chaffing on clothing, etc.

I had one on the back of my neck %26amp; it was only a problem when it began to press on the nerves serving my shoulder/arm. I had it removed under local - end of story.
