Whiteheads/cysts?

I just read somewhere that if you dont pop the white heads that they eventually will cysts? If thats the case, then that is my problem.. I notice I have a lot of white heads on my forehead, around the eyes, and on my jaw line... Some of the white heads cyst... What should I do? I wash my face twice a day. I put mary kay spot treatment on the ones that cyst. I wash my face with warm water, but I also read that I should steam my face so my pores would open to get all that dirt out. I would wash my face with really hot water but it would make my face really red. I have tried tea tree oil but that doesnt seem to really help. Any suggestions?

Try Mary Kay cleansing products for blemish control skin. You want to be sure you are getting the dirt out from under your skin. Blemish start under the skin three weeks before they come to the surface so you are only treating the surface.
