Cysts while pregnant?

i went to the doctor adn had an ultrasound and they saw a cyst on my right ovary. i have been having terrible pains on my right side. could this be the cyst and has anyone had them before,. i did not have any before i was pregnant and i heard it is common to get them while pregnant.

I recently had a miscarriage and I had a huge cyst on my right ovary and the pain is awful and yeah my doc told me that these were very common during pregnancy and in women period. Mine actually ruptured and most go away on their own but I had an aunt that needed hers surgically removed. I hope that this helped.
Reply:Yes the pain would probably be from the cyst. Generally cysts like this are caused by hormones, and they should clear themselves up after pregnancy.
Reply:my friend had thie same thing and they actually had to operate to remove them, she was fine and now has a beautiful baby girl x
Reply:yes the pain is from the cyst my best friend has a few cyst on her ovories and always complained of crams specially when she had her period. and i also heard that its normal to have them while in the early stages of pregnancy
Reply:I had one while I was pregnant...but my Dr said no worries, that it would go away after I delivered...no pain since, and its been 3 years.
