Ovarian cysts..and pregnancy..?

i always get overian cysts..sometimes i feel the little pains by my ovarys and ive actually had to go to the hospital before because one started bleeding(not fun btw, very painful)my question is can getting them often cause you to have problems getting pregnant? i mean i have irregluar periods,i get cysts probably one every 3 to 4 months.it usually goes away pretty quickly.and also i wanted to ask.. whats my chances that i actually have a larger cyst this month..or could i be pregnant? i have some signs of pregnancy..but not exclusive to it.and i feel really weird.. not pain..but almost like im walking around with a full bladder and i can feel it moving and kinda weird when i sit down or roll over on my side when i sleep..could that just be an enlarged cyst.has anyone had this befor?

Ovarian cysts..and pregnancy..?
If you think you're pregnant you need to get tested.

But I have a history of ovarian cysts and was told by my doctor that they can cause scar tissue to form on your tubes and they can become blocked. So yes - you could have problems getting pregnant. If there is scar tissue on your tubes it puts you at risk for tubal pregnancies which can be very serious and life threatening.

I haven't experienced pain from the cysts as you have, but I've had 2 surgeries to have the cysts removed. I never had any symptoms with mine, they were discovered through an ultrasound as part of a pelvic exam done by my doctor. After my last surgery the doctor said that if I did want to have kids in the future I may require another surgery to fix the tubes.
Reply:I just had that exact situation a couple of days ago... had to go into the ER because I thought (and so did the doctors) that it might be appendicitis. Not that you shouldn't make sure, but it definitely wasn't pregnancy in my case.
Reply:sounds like polycystic ovarian syndrome...its a hormonal imbalance that messes with your cycle and has other symptoms. people that have it can get pregnant although they may need some help from a doctor. Its very important to get your cycle regulated. If it is pcos, it can lead to heart disease, diabetes, infertility, weight gain, excessive body hair...lack of periods can cause thickening of the uterus which can lead to uterine cancer and endometriosis. I suggest you see your doctor
Reply:The only person who can tell you if there is a cyst in there is someone doing an ultrasound, so I recommend you get one, even if you are pregnant. As you probably know, uterine ultrasounds are simple, fast, and usually painless.

My mom had a tumor when she was pregnant with me, and it gave her problems once it was time for labor. The doctors didn't know what was wrong, so they had to do an emergency C-section, without which I would've died.
