Seems to me they would do something about it. It is very nasty looking. Must have something to do with razor bumps or something? help me to understand. Please. Me and my girl friends wnat to know why guys don'r go to see a doctor about it. surely somebody can do something about it.
What is the fatty growth that I sometimes see on the back of black men's heads looks like a a big puffy cyst?
I'v seen it before. It looks nasty, and I thinks its fat.

Many black people use a depilatory (Nair is an example) instead of shaving because they are prone to getting these if they get a nick.
